Lakisha Davis FlaggDrPH, MPH, RN, CPH is a retired U.S. Army Nurse Corps officer and board-certified advanced public health nurse with 26 years of clinical and operational experience. Her expertise includes translation of data to action, workforce development, and systems-level process improvement. While in uniform, she served in a wide range of roles including Director of Public Health Services, Executive Officer for the U.S. Army Medical Corps Chief, and as U.S. Army Public Health Command’s representative for the CDC’s Community Preventive Services Task Force, Community Guide.
Lakisha moved to Louisiana in 2019 and previously served as the Strategy, Policy, and Communications program manager for the Louisiana Department of Health's Bureau of Family Health. She currently serves as a Leader Coach with the VHA High Reliability Organization Support Team and is an adjunct faculty member/advisor for Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center’s Doctor of Nursing Practice program. |
