Volleyball Tournament Raises over $8,000 for New Orleans Veteran Community

​NEW ORLEANS – Over 27 teams competed in the FourPlay Quads Volleyball Tournament on Saturday, May 12 at Coconut Beach in Kenner, Louisiana. The tournament was held to benefit Bastion Community of Resilience, an organization that works to support New Orleans’ very own community for returning warriors and families.
 
Teams from local businesses and organizations along with general supporters competed for the title with Humana earning the top honor of “Advanced Champions.” Thanks to the large showing of support, the event generated more than $8,000 for the organization.

​Sponsors included Coconut Beach Volleyball Complex, Troy Matthews State Farm and White Claw Hard Seltzer. Raffle items were also provided by the New Orleans Saints, New Orleans Pelicans, White Claw Hard Seltzer and Veaux Luxe Boutique.
